The practice of Yoga for kids is beneficial for children in the same way that it is beneficial for adults. You can change the names of the yoga positions for kids to make them intriguing. Kids yoga poses like the tree pose, or the cat and cow poses are very easy to start with. Do a quick search for some free online yoga positions for children. You will see lots of pictures of children doing yoga and having a good time while training their bodies and minds.
You never know what path a child's life may take, or what path they will choose.
